School Activities
The Great American Energy Debate website will provide energy enriched lesson plans for English, math, science and social studies teachers in Fall 2009. These lessons are being prepared so that a student may be the guest instructor for the day, teaching the energy enriched lesson with the teacher’s guidance. Large group sessions in an auditorium will take on the look of a TV talk show. Scripts for interviewing local energy experts will be provided in the Energy Professionals in the Classroom unit. A listing of Special Activities, both large and small, will be provided to enhance a basic program.
