Print and Read Before Selecting
Generate Survey Reports Operation

Using filters, you can easily run countless Survey reports. For example, you can run a report for 10th grade males who consider themselves energy educated (they ranked themselves a 10, 9, 8, or 7 on question 1 of the Survey).

ALL SCHOOL PARTICIPANTS (INCLUDES ADULTS) -
Click here to Generate Reports

Data Selection: First step - select the - View summary of all available fields
Output options: You can select to Show Graphs for each question and
You can select an output format - HTML is the default format.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your school code (token). For results, select the View stats light blue tab in the center of the screen at the bottom of the form and then you are finished.

RESPONSE FILTERS will provide responses for countless sub groups.

All Students Report
Clear filters - center light blue tab
Data Selection: Select the - View summary of all available fields
Output options: Select an option to provide graphs for each question and output format.

Scroll Down - Select those Grade Levels for your school (hold control key to make each selection)
(If no adults participated then there is no need to check grade levels - all participants will be selected.)
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your school code (token). Select the View stats tab - you’re done.

Female Report
Clear filters - center light blue tab
Data Selection: Select the View summary of all available fields
Output Option: Select an option to provide graphs for each question and output format.
Scroll Down - Select Female
Select those Grade Levels for your school (hold control key to make each selection)
(If no adults participated then no need to check grade levels - all participants will be selected.)
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your school code (token). Select the View stats tab - you’re done.

10th Grade Report
Clear filters - center light blue tab
Data Selection: Select the View summary of all available fields
Output Option: Select an option to provide graphs for each question and output format.
Scroll Down - Select 10th Grade
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your school code (token). Select the View stats tab - you’re done.

10th Grade Males who consider themselves energy educated

Scroll Down - Select Male - Select Grade 10
Scroll Down - Select to question 1. (hold control key) Values of 10, 9, 8, and 7
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your school code (token). Select the View stats tab - you’re done.
